Program: The Southern Ocean that surrounds the Antarctic Continent may seem as a cold and barren sea. This environment actually supports a surprising amount and variety of wildlife. Our program explores the marine mammal and the bird populations of Antarctica, South Georgia and the Falkland Islands. We hope audiences come away with knowledge and appreciation of the most isolated place on the planet.
